Log Data
Section 1: App Interaction Logging (Analytics)
We log non-identifying app interaction events to understand feature usage, improve reliability, diagnose issues, and guide product decisions. These analytics never include face data, camera frames, or biometric identifiers.
What we log (examples but not limited):
- App lifecycle and navigation events (e.g., app open, session start)
- Basic performance/diagnostic signals (e.g., anonymized error events or counts)
Data fields included with events (examples but not limited):
- Timestamp, event name, screen/view name
- Device and app context (e.g., device model, iOS version, app version/build)
- Coarse, non-precise information that may be derived by our analytics provider (e.g., country/region)
Section 2: Face Data & Camera Use
The app uses your device's camera to detect signs of drowsiness in real time. Processing occurs entirely on-device. We do not collect, store, or transmit camera images, video, facial landmarks, or biometric identifiers. We do not create a faceprint and we do not perform identity recognition.
Section 3: Sharing & Disclosure
We do not share any face data with third parties. Drowsiness detection is performed locally on your device.
Section 4: Retention & Deletion
By default, We do not retain face data. Live camera frames and any derived facial signals are processed in volatile memory and discarded immediately after use. No face data is written to disk, stored in logs or caches, backed up, or retained in any other form.
You can choose to enable save drowsiness detection screenshots in the app settings ( the feature is off by default). If you enable face data retention, the app will store the face data on our servers. This face data only used by users, we do not use or share it for any other purpose.
