The app provides informational alerts that may help you notice signs associated with driver drowsiness or fatigue. It is not a substitute for adequate sleep, safe driving practices, or your judgment.

2) No Emergency or Medical Use

The app is not intended for life-critical, emergency, medical, or impairment-detection use.

3) Limitations

Alerts may fail, be delayed, or be unavailable due to lighting, camera placement or occlusion, device performance, background restrictions, or other conditions.

4) Your Responsibilities

You must obey all traffic laws, keep your eyes on the road, avoid interacting with the device while driving, and pull over to rest if you feel tired or drowsy. You are solely responsible for your driving decisions.

5) Permissions & Privacy

The app may use the camera and on-device processing to enable features. For details, please review our Privacy Policy.

6) No Warranties

The app is provided “AS IS,” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

7) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for losses arising from use of or inability to use the app.
